Uriel brings to Bioled decades of managerial, R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and technological experience in leading the company since its inception in 2019. Before founding Bioled, Uriel was CEO of TzubaVision, President of Megavision Video Industries, and founder and CTO of Voipli Telecom. Uriel studied Industrial and Management Engineering at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, and was a Director at the Israel’s Manufacturers Association.

Michal has vast experience leading organizations to success, with particular expertise in entrepreneurship, project management and promotion, and team management in business initiatives. Michal has held several senior positions at the MATI Jerusalem Development Center. Prior to her current position as Deputy CEO and Business Development Manager, she was Head of Training and Projects. Before that, she was Leadership Development Manager and Group Instructor for the IDF Leadership College. Michal holds a BA and MA in Clinical Social Work from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
